    Who is Mark Norman?

    Mark is a Navy veteran, longtime veterinarian, and small-business owner running for Oregon House District 27. He's spent nearly 30 years in Washington County. He's a husband, a father, owner of four dogs (two of them rescues), and a man who built a career observing and solving real problems.

    Why is he running?

    Too many people feel ignored by the decisions being made in Salem, especially around costs, schools, and public safety. Mark is running to bring practical thinking, accountability, and real-world experience into those decisions.

    What district is HD-27?

    It includes parts of unincorporated Portland, Beaverton, and surrounding areas in Washington County.

    What are his top priorities?

    Lowering the cost of living, strengthening education outcomes, and bringing back accountability in how public resources are managed.
